The World Malayalee Council (WMC) was established in 1995 in the America Region with the aim of creating a global network for Malayalees (people from the Indian state of Kerala) living around the world. The organization focuses on fostering unity among the Malayalee diaspora, preserving and promoting Kerala's cultural heritage, and contributing to social, educational, and economic development both locally and globally.
